• More than 30 days: Deposit
• 15 days - 29 days prior: 30%
• 6 - 14 days prior: 70%
• No show – 5 days prior: 100%

You can cancel from My Page.
Go to My Page and cancel from the details screen of the reservation you want to cancel.
Reservations that have passed the cancellation deadline cannot be canceled. Please note.
