How should I register as a member?
Enter all the input items from the register screen and click the "Register" button.
For verification of the correct e-mail address, an authentication e-mail is sent to the registered e-mail address.
By authenticating, membership registration is completed. -
I want to change my registration details.
You can change from the edit account screen while logged in.
To change the password, check “Change Password” and enter the new password. -
I want to change my registered email address.
You can change your email address from the Edit Email screen.
In order to verify that the e-mail address is correct, an authentication e-mail is sent to the changed e-mail address.
By authenticating, the e-mail address change is complete. -
I want to unsubscribe.
You can unsubscribe from the Delete Account screen while logged in.
About application

How should I apply?
After registering as a member, click the “Submit Reservation” button on the details screen of the product you want to reserve.
You can make a tentative reservation by entering the necessary information and applying.
The reservation has not been completed at the time of transmission. Please wait for the answer of the reservation status. -
About answer
We will respond to your reservation status within 24 hours after you receive it.
- In case of reservation OK: Confirmation of "Reservation details" and "Travel price", "Payment method / date information" and "Travel terms" will be provided.
- If you cannot make a reservation: We will inform you by email that it is not fully available. We will also notify you if there is a waiting list for cancellation or guidance on alternatives.

Please tell me the flow of reservation.
After making a provisional reservation, the person in charge will check if there are any incomplete entries and will contact you.
If the reservation is confirmed, you will be notified of the payment method.
Please note that if payment is not made after the payment deadline, it will be automatically cancelled. -
I can't make a reservation.
The following possibilities are possible:
- Membership registration is not complete.
- The reservation period has passed.
- Reservation acceptance has been completed because the capacity has been reached.

Can I change my reservation?
If it is before the cancellation deadline, it can be changed. Please contact the person in charge from the reservation message.
However, it may not be changed depending on the reservation status of the change date.
Also, if the cancellation deadline has passed, you may not be able to receive changes. -
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not accept phone reservations.
About payment

When should I pay?
When the reservation is confirmed from the temporary reservation, we will contact you about the payment method.

What are the payment methods?
Only credit card payments are accepted.

Credit card payment error and payment is not possible.
The following possibilities are possible:
- If the card information input is incomplete
- When the usage limit is exceeded
- When unauthorized use is detected
Canceling or changing a reservation

About cancellation of reservation
Please contact us if you wish to cancel your travel.
Regardless of whether payment is made by the specified date, it will not be automatically canceled, so please be sure to contact us.
In addition, a cancellation fee will be charged if the departure date is changed after the travel contract is concluded.
In addition, cancellations for reasons such as loans that are not our responsibility are also subject to cancellation fees.

What about refunds when canceling a reservation?
If you have already paid, we will process the refund through your credit company.
In that case, it may be refunded across the month. Please note. -
